Path traversal attack on Windows platforms

Tapestry processes assets /assets/ctx using classes chain StaticFilesFilter -> AssetDispatcher -> ContextResource, which doesn't filter the character \, so attacker can perform a path traversal attack to read any files on Windows platform.
